Description
The building which housed one of our long time watering holes collapsed around 2pm Sunday afternoon June 21. Most recently named Vesper, once called The Gardens, The Romanian Gardens, and Dottie's.
UPDATE..
According to the news (and this is still ongoing at the moment) there were there were tenants inside the building who got out of the building just before it collapsed. There was a report that there were falling bricks that prompted them to get out.
